To arrange a return, our team will coordinate the collection if required. A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.

Deposits for custom products are non-refundable once production begins.

Packaging & Transport:

Ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit. Touring and Trade is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.
